03/04 - IFO Contract - Bill introduced to the MN House
A bill was introduced
in the House today to ratify the IFO contract, along with three other
contracts. The bill is HF1069, authored by the three DFL House
members on the Subcommittee on Employee Relations, Rep. Leon Lillie, Rep. Ryan
Winkler, and Rep. Deb Hilstrom. The Senate bill will be
